Refund Policy

Returns Policy

All bedding items including sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, mattress enhancers and duvet covers cannot be accepted for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons. If the product you wish to return is unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition that it left us then we will assess it for a refund.

Towels and robes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless unopened and in the original packaging. If you do return an item for refund then we will assess it on receipt and only issue a refund if it meets our strict controls.

Any goods returned must be done so at your own cost. Refunds are subject to £5.00 restocking fee.

If a product is faulty then please send a photo of the defective item. We will then decide on the action to be taken. We may request the item is returned to us. If the item is not faulty or defective when it is returned to us then you may be liable to cover the cost of re delivering to you.

Shortages/ Incorrect products

We must be notified of any shortages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. We take no responsibility for any shortages or discrepancies notified after this time. If your parcel arrives damaged, please note it with the courier or reject the delivery. If the box is damaged we accept no responsibility if items are missing and you have accepted delivery.
